How do I book my class?

Can I begin without experience?
Tell me it is your first class. I can help you choose a session or arrange an individual introduction.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and water. Check the available equipment and any guidance for your class with me or the studio.
Can I arrange private yoga in Ericeira?
Yes. We can also arrange one-to-one, small-group or at-home yoga in Ericeira. Explore private yoga sessions and ask me about your area, time and price; this is booked separately from studio group classes.
Can one person or a larger group book gong in Ericeira?
No. The Ericeira sound bath with gong is for two people only: €30 each, €60 total, 90 minutes. The slot is Friday, 15:00–16:30. There are no packs for this format; confirm availability before booking.
