I am Ana Brites, and Heartway is my method. All I know is how to be Love: that is the simplest way to describe who I am. Yoga became a way to be with and help people without losing myself. I teach in Portuguese and English so you can understand the guidance and tell me how you feel.
My background includes 400 hours of yoga training, more than 5,000 teaching hours and over 1,000 students over the years. In Ericeira, I teach at Ericeira Pole & Aerial. We can also arrange a private, at-home or online session.
To choose a practice with me: start with the aerial timetable for fabric-based classes, or ask about a private session for a different pace or time. For birthdays, festivals or teams, tell me the date, venue and number of participants.

In my classes, I gently invite you to challenge yourself and see yourself from a new perspective, with love and compassion.
Alongside the challenge, there is comfort: the fabric supports and holds you. I love accompanying you as you try something new and discover what you can do.
We can speak Portuguese or English. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, saying how you feel and discovering the practice with me.
I teach at Ericeira Pole & Aerial. The fabric is part of the practice and supports movement. Check dates, spaces and the appropriate pass in the studio timetable; you do not need to commit to several classes at once.
For a private session, we start with what you are looking for and the time you have. You can also come with a small group. We agree the venue, number of people, duration and total price before booking.
I can come to your home in Ericeira or Lisbon by arrangement. Tell me the area and the space available; we confirm equipment, travel and timing. You do not need to find a studio room before asking.
If you are away or prefer to stay home, we can arrange a video call. It is a live session, not a library of recordings. Tell me your time zone and when you would like to practise; we agree the time and price together.
I also offer these two practices, with enquiries separate from general classes. For prenatal yoga, we discuss the available format. For baby yoga, we clarify ages, caregiver participation and equipment before arranging a session.
A practice can also be part of a celebration, a festival or a team gathering. Tell me the occasion, date, location and how many people would like to take part. I prepare the proposal around those details.

Founded in 2009 by Joana Cadete, the studio advertises more than 40 weekly classes and teaching in Portuguese and English. Consider it when you want to compare several styles and times in one venue. Joana also has a teacher profile on its team page.
On the team, Joana Cadete lists Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Vedanta. Ana Cravina is also on the team: she is a different teacher from me, Ana Brites. My Ericeira class takes place at Ericeira Pole & Aerial. Private and group arrangements sit alongside the regular calendar. If you are starting, ask which pace suits your experience and available time. Check the chosen pass: drop-ins, packs and memberships have different conditions.

The Jivamukti descriptions combine movement, breath, music and philosophy. Open favours a more continuous sequence; Medium slows the pace; Light builds more gradually. Choose by the class description as well as the time.

Finding a class in Ericeira
Check the venue, time, teaching language and booking details. If you are starting out, tell the teacher and ask which session would suit you.
Only one morning free?
Choose the date before the pass. Check arrival and finish times, and leave time to find the entrance. A weekly timetable is a reference; only a confirmed booking secures a place in that session.
Which language feels comfortable?
Ask about that class’s language, not just the website language. Understanding an adjustment or asking for a pause matters more than knowing posture names. In my classes we can speak Portuguese and English.
Group or individual attention?
In a group class you share the time and pace with others. For a private session, we discuss practical aims and availability. To practise with friends, ask for a whole-group quote and confirm how many people can attend.
What would you like to ask?
Say if it is your first class and ask about equipment, duration and cancellation terms. For a specialist practice such as prenatal yoga, confirm the appropriate format directly. Mention your experience too, so they can help you choose a class.
A group drop-in and a private session are not the same service. Use the figures as a starting point and always confirm the total before booking.
The Ericeira Yoga Studio 2026 price list lists €20 for a drop-in, €70 for five classes and €120 for ten. The two packs last three and six months respectively and exclude Mysore. These are not Ericeira Pole & Aerial passes.
At Aloka the published drop-in distinguishes 60 minutes (€16) from 75 or 90 minutes (€20). Residency or income-based conditions should not be assumed to apply to a visitor.
Before choosing a pack, count how many classes you can actually attend within its validity. Ask which formats are excluded and what happens if you cancel. For home visits, clarify travel costs; for a group, request the total rather than a per-person figure without a minimum group size.
To practise with me: check the Ericeira Pole & Aerial schedule and studio-only passes. One-to-one private yoga: €40 for 75 minutes. Private groups and at-home yoga: €50 for 2 people, plus €10 per extra person; at-home travel separate. Online group yoga: €15 per person or €60 per month for one class per week. These are Heartway prices, not those of other venues in this guide.

Five Deep Breaths Yoga
I found a historical Ericeira listing but could not confirm a current schedule. Contact the project before planning a visit.
Historical comments mention Nadia and Yin, Ashtanga and Hatha practice. They do not establish current operation. Ask for a recent date, the teacher’s name and the address before relying on this option.
Yoga with Gaby
This name appears in the submitted list, but the Ericeira teacher’s identity still needs confirmation. I have not linked it to similarly named teachers elsewhere.
To complete this profile, I need an official link connecting this teacher with Ericeira. Without it, I will not attribute another Gaby’s styles, training, photographs or reviews.
YOGA Mali.flows / SoulScience
The &SHEA team presents Mali Pfeifer as a yoga, breathwork and sound facilitator. The exact connection to the names Mali.flows and SoulScience, and the current local offer, still need confirmation.
The &SHEA profile confirms Mali’s work within that retreat, not a separate studio or public class calendar. Ask whether sessions are available outside the retreat and under which name they are booked.
Yoga – Surf therapist
The listing found mainly concerns massage and bodywork. I have not confirmed yoga classes and do not present it as an active yoga timetable.
If you want yoga, explicitly ask whether this is a class or a massage session. A directory category and yoga in a name do not establish the service or clinical qualifications.
el Sol - Lifestyle
The official site advertises experiences in the Algarve, Costa da Caparica and Carcavelos. I found no published Ericeira class. This reference stays separate so a beach-yoga advert is not mistaken for a local option.
Check the beach and town before booking. Offers include beach classes and private sessions; equipment and minimum-participant conditions vary. Do not treat the old advert’s prices as confirmation.
PEOPLE WHO PRACTISE WITH ME
Practice in Ericeira
Linus describes my surf movement classes in Ericeira. This is a review of Heartway.
I teach aerial yoga at Ericeira Pole & Aerial, booked through that studio’s timetable. Ericeira Yoga Studio also lists aerial classes with its own team. These are different venues, teachers and passes.
Has Elemental Yoga Ericeira changed its name?
Yes. Its current website presents the project as Aloka Collective, formerly Elemental Yoga Ericeira, at Tv. Calçada do Norte 2. Use Aloka’s current schedule to check classes.
Who is the best yoga teacher in Ericeira?
There is no single choice for everyone. Compare the format, language, relevant experience and how the teacher answers your questions. A first class can help before buying a pass. This guide does not assign ratings.
Does Ana teach at Ericeira Yoga Studio?
My Ericeira classes are at Ericeira Pole & Aerial. Ericeira Yoga Studio is a different venue, with its own team and terms. Check the teacher’s full name and your booking address.
Can I take a class in English?
I teach in Portuguese and English. Ericeira Yoga Studio also advertises both languages. At other venues, confirm the language of the specific session before booking, even when the website is in English.
How much is a yoga class in Ericeira?
The published examples in this guide include group drop-ins between €16 and €20, depending on venue and duration. This is not a town-wide tariff. Private sessions, travel and specialist formats have separate terms; confirm the total with the provider.
Do Heartway passes work at all these studios?
No. The studio passes shown on Heartway’s classes page apply only to Ericeira Pole & Aerial. They do not cover the other venues in this guide or set prices for private, online or Lisbon sessions.
Can I have yoga at home or online?
